Hadith 7246
٧٢٤٦ - حدثنا وكيع عن عيينة بن عبد الرحمن قال: كنت مع أبي في المسجد فرأى رجلا (يصلي) (١) (صافا) (٢) بين قدميه فقال: ألزق إحداهما بالأخرى لقد رأيت في هذا المسجد ثمانية عشر من أصحاب النبي ﷺ ما رأيت أحدا منهم فعل هذا قط (٣).
Hazrat Uyaina bin Abdur Rahman narrates that I was in the mosque with my father. He saw a man who had kept his feet apart during prayer. My father said to him, "Join one foot with the other!" I have seen eighteen companions of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) praying in this very mosque, and none of them did so.
