Hadith 7175
٧١٧٥ - حدثنا وكيع قال: (حدثنا) (١) إسرائيل عن أبي إسحاق قال: ذاكرت أبا جعفر القنوت فقال: خرج علي من عندنا (وما) (٢) يقنت، وإنما قنت بعد ما أتاكم (٣).
Hazrat Abu Ishaq says that I mentioned the Qunoot to Hazrat Abu Ja'far, so he said that as long as Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) was with us, he did not recite the Du'a Qunoot. Then when he came to you, he started reciting the Qunoot.
