Hadith 6927
٦٩٢٧ - حدثنا هشيم قال: أخبرنا ابن عون عن الشعبي قال: قلت أي ساعة أحب إليك أن أوتر؟ قال: إذا (نعب) (١) المؤذنون.
Ibn Aun says that I asked Shabi, "What is the best time to perform Witr?" He said, "When the caller to prayer stretches his neck and moves his head during the call to prayer."
