Hadith 6832
٦٨٣٢ - حدثنا عبد الوهاب الثقفي عن أيوب عن أبي قلابة في الرجل يصلي ⦗٤٥٩⦘ الظهر (أو) (١) العصر ثم (يدركها) (٢) في جماعة قال: ما أحب أن يتعرض لها، وإن أقيمت وهو في المسجد فليصل.
Hazrat Abu Qalabah was asked: If a person offers the Zuhr or Asr prayer, and then he gets the opportunity to join the congregation for those prayers, what should he do? He replied: It is not obligatory for him to strive for the congregation, but if he is in the mosque and the congregation stands, then he should join it.
