Hadith 663
٦٦٣ - حدثنا ابن مبارك عن يونس عن الزهري عن أبي سلمة عن عائشة: أن رسول اللَّه ﷺ كان إذا أراد أن ينام توضأ، وإذا أراد أن يأكل غسل يديه، (تعني) (١): وهو جنب (٢).
Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates that when the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) wished to sleep in a state of major ritual impurity (janabah), he would perform ablution as for prayer. And if he wished to eat, he would wash his hands, that is, while in a state of janabah.
