Hadith 6589
٦٥٨٩ - حدثنا يزيد بن هارون قال: (أنا) (١) أبو عامر المزني صالح بن رستم عن (ابن) (٢) أبي مليكة (عن ابن عباس) (٣) قال: أقيمت صلاة الصبح فقام رجل يصلي الركعتين فجذب رسول اللَّه ﷺ (ثوبه) (٤) وقال: "أتصلي الصبح أربعًا" (٥).
Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them) narrates that once, when the Iqamah for Fajr was called, a man began to offer two Sunnah rak'ahs. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) pulled him by his clothes and said, "Are you performing four rak'ahs for Fajr?"
