Hadith 6456
٦٤٥٦ - حدثنا وكيع عن ابن أبي ليلى عن الحكم عن سعيد بن جبير عن ابن عباس ﴿كَانُوا قَلِيلًا مِنَ اللَّيْلِ مَا يَهْجَعُونَ﴾ قال: قلّ ليلة تمر بهم إلا صلوا فيها (١).
Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both), in the explanation of the Divine statement { کَانُوا قَلِیلاً مِنَ اللَّیْلِ مَا یَہْجَعُونَ } (they sleep only a little part of the night), says that there are very few nights in which they do not perform prayer.
