Hadith 6257
٦٢٥٧ - حدثنا وكيع قال: حدثنا بشير بن (سلمان) (١) عن يحيى بن (بسطام) (٢) التميمي عن الضحاك قال: لا يؤم المملوك وفيهم حر ولا يؤم من لم يحج وفيهم من قد حج.
Hazrat Dhahhak says that if there is a free man among the worshippers, then a slave should not lead the prayer, and if there is a pilgrim among them, then a non-pilgrim should not lead the prayer.
