Hadith 6165
٦١٦٥ - حدثنا وكيع عن سفيان عن ميسرة عن المنهال بن عمرو عن عباد بن عبد اللَّه عن علي، قال: لا يتطوع الإمام في المكان الذي أمَّ فيه القوم حتى يتحول أو يفصل بكلام (١).
Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) says that the Imam cannot offer a voluntary (nafl) prayer at the same place where he has led the people in prayer, until he changes his place or separates (the two prayers) by speaking.
