٥٨٢٧ - حدثنا ابن إدريس عن ابن جريج عن عطاء عن ابن عباس أنه كان يكبر في العيد في الأولى سبع تكبيرات بتكبيرة الافتتاح وفي الآخرة ستا بتكبيرة الركعة كلهن قبل القراءة (١).
Hazrat Ata states that Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) pronounced seven takbirs in the first rak'ah of the Eid prayer including the takbir-e-tahrima, and six takbirs in the second rak'ah including the takbir for ruku; all these additional takbirs were before the recitation.
