من قال: الصلاة يوم العيد قبل الخطبةThose who say the Eid khutbah is after the prayer
Hadith 5798
٥٧٩٨ - حدثنا (ابن عينية عن الزهري عن أبي عبيد مولى ابن أزهر قال: شهدت العيد مع عمر بن الخطاب فبدأ بالصلاة قبل الخطبة) (١)، (قال ثم) (٢) شهدت العيد مع (عثمان) (٣) فبدأ بالصلاة قبل الخطبة قال: وشهدته مع علي فبدأ بالصلاة قبل الخطبة (٤).
Hazrat Abu Ubaid says that I offered the Eid prayer with Hazrat Umar bin Khattab; he led the prayer before the sermon. I offered the Eid prayer with Hazrat Uthman; he also led the prayer before the sermon. I also offered the Eid prayer with Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him); he too led the prayer before the sermon.
