في الطعام يوم الفطر قبل أن يخرج إلى المصلىIt is Sunnah to eat something before going to the Eid prayer on Eid al-Fitr
Hadith 5713
٥٧١٣ - حدثنا أبو عامر العقدي عن الزبير بن عبد اللَّه بن رهيمة قال: سمعت عمر بن عبد العزيز يوم الفطر يخطب فقال: إن هذا يوم قد كان ينبغي فيه بعض الطعام وبعض الشراب، فبعض الطعام وبعض الشراب.
Hazrat Umar bin Abdul Aziz, while delivering the sermon on the day of Eid al-Fitr, said: "This is the day in which some food and some drink are obtained, therefore eat something and drink something."
