Hadith 5644
٥٦٤٤ - حدثنا وكيع عن همام قال: سمعت الحسن وسئل عن الخائف عليه جمعة فقال: وما خوفه قال: من السلطان (١) قال: إن له عذرا.
Hasan was asked whether Jumu'ah is obligatory upon a person who is overcome by fear. He replied, "What is he afraid of?" It was said, "Of the king." Hasan said, "This is an excuse."
