Hadith 5438
٥٤٣٨ - حدثنا محمد بن أبي عدي عن ابن (عون) (١) قال: ذكر لمحمد قول أهل مكة: إذا لم يدرك الخطبة صلّى أربعا فقال: ليس هذا بشيء.
Ibn Aun narrates that it was mentioned before Muhammad about the statement of the people of Makkah that whoever misses the Friday sermon should perform four units of prayer. So he said that this is not correct.
