Hadith 4662
٤٦٦٢ - حدثنا (وكيع عن سعيد بن زياد) (١) عن زياد (بن) (٢) صبيح الحنفي قال: صليت إلى جنب ابن عمر فوضعت يدي على خاصرتي فلما صلى قال: هذا الصلب في الصلاة كان رسول اللَّه ﷺ ينهى عنه (٣).
Hazrat Ziyad bin Subaih Hanafi says that I prayed with Hazrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them), and I placed one hand over the other on my hip. When he finished the prayer, he said that this is akin to a deficiency in prayer, and the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) used to forbid this.
