Hadith 4577
٤٥٧٧ - حدثنا وكيع عن الربيع عن الحسن قال: إذا سلم في الركعتين أتم وسجد سجدتي السهو.
Hasan says that when someone ends the prayer with salam after two rak‘ahs, he should complete the prayer and perform two prostrations of forgetfulness (sahw).
