Hadith 4569
٤٥٦٩ - حدثنا عبد الأعلى عن يونس عن الحسن في رجل صلى ركعتين من المكتوبة ونسي أن يتشهد حتى نهض قال: إذا استوى قائما مضى في صلاته وسجد سجدتي السهو.
Hasan, regarding the person who is performing two units of an obligatory prayer and forgets to recite Tashahhud and begins to stand up, says that if he has stood up completely, he should continue the prayer and perform two prostrations of forgetfulness.
