Hadith 4433
٤٤٣٣ - حدثنا ابن نمير ووكيع (قالا) (١): حدثنا سفيان عن أشعث بن أبي ⦗٤٥٧⦘ الشعثاء (٢) عن عبد الرحمن بن يزيد قال: سألنا عبد اللَّه عن السورة تكون في آخرها سجدة أيركع أو يسجد (قال) (٣): إذا لم يكن بينك وبين السجدة إلا الركوع فهو قريب (٤).
Hazrat Abdur Rahman bin Yazid says that we asked Hazrat Abdullah, if there is a verse of prostration at the end of a surah, should he perform bowing (ruku) or prostration (sajdah)? He replied that if there is only bowing between you and the prostration, then bowing is better.
