Hadith 4412
٤٤١٢ - حدثنا أبو أسامة قال (أنا) (١) ثابت بن عمارة عن أبي تميمة الهجيمي أن أشياخا من بني هجيم بعثوا (راكبا) (٢) لهم (إلى) (٣) المدينة وإلى مكة يسأل لهم عن سجود القرآن فرجع إليهم فأخبرهم أنهم أجمعوا على عشر سجدات.
Hazrat Abu Tamimah Hijimi narrates that some people from Banu Hijim sent one of their riders towards Makkah and Madinah so that he could ask the people there about the prostrations (sajdahs) of the Holy Qur'an. When he returned, he informed that they are unanimous on ten prostrations.
