Hadith 4375
٤٣٧٥ - حدثنا ابن نمير عن حجاج عن حماد قال: سألت سعيد بن جبير وإبراهيم عن الحائض تسمع السجدة فقالا: ليس عليها سجود، الصلاة أكبر (١) من ذلك.
Hazrat Hammad says that I asked Hazrat Saeed bin Jubair and Ibrahim whether a menstruating woman should perform prostration if she hears a verse of prostration. They replied that prostration of recitation is not obligatory on her. The prayer which is excused for her is more important than these prostrations.
