It is narrated from Abu Musa that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was standing at the door of a house in which there were some people from the Quraysh. The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said that this matter of caliphate will remain among the Quraysh as long as the Quraysh show mercy to those who seek mercy by virtue of kinship, do justice to those who come seeking justice, and act with fairness in distribution. Whoever among them does not do so, upon him will be the curse of Allah, the angels, and all people. Neither his voluntary nor obligatory acts will be accepted from him.
