Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira that he said: Destruction is for the people of Arabia because of an evil that has drawn near; it will soon be upon them. By God, that evil will reach them faster than a swift, thin-bodied horse. It will be a blind, unknown tribulation; a man will find himself in the morning upon one matter and by evening upon another. In it, the one sitting will be better than the one standing, and the one standing will be better than the one walking, and the one walking will be better than the one running. And if I were to tell you all that I know, you would cut my neck right here—and he moved his neck with the edge of his palm. (Then he said:) O Allah, do not let Abu Huraira reach the time of the rule of children, and he raised both his hands until the backs of his hands faced the inner part of his palms.
