Hadith 40412
٤٠٤١٢ - حدثنا الفضل بن دكين قال: (أخبرنا) (١) جعفر بن برقان عن راشد (الأزرق) (٢) عن عقبة بن نافع قال: سألت ابن عمر: مع من أقاتل؟ قال: مع الذين يقاتلون للَّه، ولا تقاتل مع الذين يقاتلون لهذا الدينار والدرهم (٣).
It is narrated from Hazrat Uqbah bin Nafi that he said: I asked Hazrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both), "With whom should I fight?" He replied, "Fight alongside those who fight for the sake of Allah, and do not fight alongside those who fight for this dinar (gold coin) and dirham (silver coin)."
