Hadith 40368
٤٠٣٦٨ - حدثنا وكيع عن سفيان عن زبيد عن الشعبي عن أبي جحيفة عن علي قال: فينكس كما ينكس الجراب (فينثر) (١) ما فيه (٢).
It is narrated from Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said: (The one who does not enjoin good and forbid evil) his heart is turned upside down just as a waterskin is turned upside down, so whatever is in that waterskin is scattered.
