Hadith 40364
٤٠٣٦٤ - حدثنا وكيع عن سفيان عن عمرو بن قيس عن عطية عن ابن عمر في قوله: ﴿وَإِذَا وَقَعَ الْقَوْلُ عَلَيْهِمْ أَخْرَجْنَا لَهُمْ دَابَّةً مِنَ الْأَرْضِ تُكَلِّمُهُمْ﴾ [النمل: ٨٢] قال: حين لا يأمرون بمعروف ولا ينهون عن منكر (١).
It is narrated from Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar that regarding the saying of Allah Almighty, "And when the word is fulfilled against them, We shall bring forth for them a creature from the earth that will speak to them" __QUR_N__, it was stated: This will happen when people will neither enjoin good nor forbid evil.
