Hadith 40186
٤٠١٨٦ - حدثنا أبو أسامة قال: حدثنا سفيان قال: حدثنا إبراهيم بن محمد ابن المنتشر عن أبيه قال: قال حذيفة: (إن) (١) أهل البصرة لا يفتحون باب هدى ولا يتركون باب ضلالة، وإن الطوفان قد رفع من الأرض كلها إلا (عن) (٢) البصرة (٣).
It is narrated from Hazrat Hudhaifah (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said: Verily, the people of Basra will not open any door of guidance, nor will they leave any door of misguidance, and the storm has been lifted from the entire earth except Basra.
