Hadith 40175
٤٠١٧٥ - حدثنا أبو معاوية عن الأعمش عن زيد قال: قرأ حذيفة: ﴿فَقَاتِلُوا أَئِمَّةَ الْكُفْرِ﴾ [التوبة: ١٢]، قال: (ما) (١) (قوتل) (٢) أهل هذه الآية بعد (٣).
It is narrated from Hazrat Zaid that Hazrat Hudhaifa (may Allah be pleased with him) recited { فَقَاتِلُوا أَئِمَّۃَ الْکُفْرِ } (that is, "kill the leaders of disbelief") and said that the people referred to in this verse have not yet been killed.
