Hadith 40174
٤٠١٧٤ - حدثنا أبو معاوية عن الأعمش عن زيد عن حذيفة قال: ما بقي من المنافقين إلا أربعة، أحدهم شيخ كبير لا يجد برد الماء من الكبر، قال: فقال له رجل: فمن هؤلاء الذين (ينقبون) (١) بيوتنا ويسرقون علائقنا؟ قال: ويحك، أولئك الفساق (٢).
It is narrated from Hazrat Hudhaifa (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said: None of the hypocrites remain except four, one of whom is an old man who, due to his old age, does not feel the coolness of water. The narrator says that a person asked Hazrat Hudhaifa (may Allah be pleased with him): Who are these people who break into our houses and steal our belongings? He replied: Woe to you, these are wicked people.
