Hadith 40161
٤٠١٦١ - حدثنا وكيع عن سفيان عن أبي قيس عن (هزيل) (١) قال: قال عبد اللَّه: أنتم أشبه الناس سمتا وهديا (ببني) (٢) إسرائيل (لتسلكن) (٣) طريقهم حذو القذة بالقذة، والنعل بالنعل، قال عبد اللَّه: (إن) (٤) من البيان سحرا (٥).
It is narrated from Hazrat Abdullah that he said: "You are very similar to the Children of Israel in manner and conduct. You will surely follow their ways just as one feather of an arrow matches the other, and one shoe matches the other shoe." Hazrat Abdullah said: "Some statements are like magic."
