Hadith 40066
٤٠٠٦٦ - حدثنا أبو أسامة عن عوف عن أنس (١) ابن سيرين عن أبي عبيدة بن عبد اللَّه عن أبيه قال: ما ذكر من الآيات فقد مضى إلا أربع: طلوع الشمس من مغربها، والدجال، ودابة الأرض، وخروج ياجوج وماجوج، قال: والآية التي تختم بها الأعمال طلوع الشمس من مغربها ألم تسمع إلى قول اللَّه (٢): ﴿يَوْمَ يَأْتِي بَعْضُ آيَاتِ رَبِّكَ لَا يَنْفَعُ نَفْسًا إِيمَانُهَا لَمْ تَكُنْ آمَنَتْ مِنْ قَبْلُ﴾ [الأنعام: ١٥٨] الآية (٣).
It is narrated from Hazrat Abdullah bin Masood that he said: The signs that have been mentioned have passed except for four: the rising of the sun from the west, the emergence of Dajjal, the beast of the earth, and the emergence of Gog and Magog. He said: The sign upon which deeds will come to an end is the rising of the sun from the west. Have you not heard the statement of Allah, the Exalted: "On the day when your Lord's sign comes, faith will not benefit a soul who had not believed before" (up to the end of the Ayah).
