Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

It is narrated from Hazrat Umair bin Ishaq that he said: I heard Hazrat Abu Hurairah saying, "Destruction is near for the Arabs due to an evil that is approaching, it will surely come, by the Lord of the Ka'bah, it will surely come. By Allah, it will reach them faster than a swift, lean horse. It will be a blind, deaf, confusing tribulation. In it, a man will gather on one matter in the morning and on another matter in the evening. In it, the one sitting will be better than the one standing, and the one standing will be better than the one walking, and the one walking will be better than the one striving in it. If I were to tell you all that I know, you would cut my neck from here." (While saying this) Hazrat Abdullah gestured towards the back of his neck with the edge of his palm, moving it, and said, "O Allah! Do not let Abu Hurairah reach the time of the rule of children."
