Hadith 40026
٤٠٠٢٦ - حدثنا يحيى بن آدم قال: حدثنا جرير بن حازم قال: حدثنا غيلان بن جرير عن أبي قيس بن رباح القيسي قال: سمعت أبا هريرة يحدث عن رسول اللَّه ﷺ أنه قال: "من ترك الطاعة وفارق الجماعة فمات (مات ميتة) (١) جاهلية، ومن خرج تحت راية عُمّية يغضب لعصبته أو ينصر عصبته أو يدعو إلى عصبته فقُتل (فقتلة) (٢) جاهلية، ومن خرج على أمتي يضرب برها وفاجرها لا يتحاشى من مؤمنها ولا يفي لذي عهد فليس مني ولست منه" (٣).
Hazrat Abu Huraira narrates a hadith from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him): He said, "Whoever abandons obedience (to the Imam) and separates from the congregation, then if he dies, he dies the death of ignorance. And whoever comes out under a blind banner, becoming angry for the sake of his relatives, helping his relatives, or calling towards his relatives, his killing is the killing of ignorance. Whoever rebels against my Ummah, killing their righteous and their wicked, not sparing a believer, nor fulfilling the covenant of anyone who has a covenant, he is not from me and I am not from him."
