Hadith 39988
٣٩٩٨٨ - حدثنا أبو أسامة قال: حدثنا (العلاء) (١) بن عبد الكريم قال: حدثني أعرابي لنا قال: هاجرت إلى الكوفة فأخذت أعطية لي، ثم بدا في أن أخرج، فقال الناس: لا هجرة (لك) (٢)، فلقيت سويد بن غفلة فأخبرته بذلك فقال: لوددت أن ⦗٢٢٦⦘ لي حمولة وما أعيش به وأني في (بعض) (٣) هذه النواحي.
Hazrat Alaa bin Abdul Kareem says: One of our villagers narrated to us, he said that I migrated towards Kufa and I took my grants, then it occurred to me that I should leave from here. People said, "There is no migration for you." I met Hazrat Suwaid bin Ghaflah and told him about this matter. Then he said, "I wish that I only had those things with which I could make a living, and I would live in one of the surrounding areas."
