Hadith 39973
٣٩٩٧٣ - حدثنا ابن علية عن الجريري عن أبي نضرة عن أبي سعيد الخدري قال: حدثنا زيد بن ئابت عن رسول اللَّه ﷺ قال: "تعوذوا باللَّه من الفتن ما ظهر منها وما بطن"، (قلنا: نعوذ باللَّه من الفتن ما ظهر منها وما بطن) (١) (٢).
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri that Hazrat Zaid bin Thabit related to us from the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, that he said: Seek refuge with Allah from tribulations, those that are apparent and those that are hidden. We said: We seek refuge with Allah from tribulations, those among them that are apparent and those that are hidden.
