Hadith 39805
٣٩٨٠٥ - حدثنا حفص عن جعفر عن أبيه قال: خرجت صفية وقد قبض (النبي) (١) ﷺ وهي تلمع بثوبها -يعني تشير (به) (٢) - وهي تقول: قد كان بعدك (هنباء) (٣) و (هنبثة) (٤) … لو كنت شاهدها لم (تكثر) (٥) الخطب (٦)
Hazrat Ja'far narrates from his father that when the Holy Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) passed away, Hazrat Safiyyah came out and, gesturing with her garment, was saying: "Indeed, after you (peace and blessings be upon him), there will be many matters and severe situations. If you had seen them, there would not have been so many hardships."
