٣٩٧٥٢ - حدثنا محمد بن عبيد قال: (حدثنا) (١) إسماعيل عن (مجالد) (٢) (ابن) (٣) سعيد عن عامر أن عائشة كانت تقول: لو أن زيدًا حي لاستخلفه رسول اللَّه ﷺ (٤).
It is narrated from Hazrat Aamir that Ummul Momineen Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) used to say that if Hazrat Zaid had been alive, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) would have made him the caliph.
