Hadith 39606
٣٩٦٠٦ - حدثنا يحيى بن إسحاق قال: (أخبرنا) (١) يحيى بن أيوب قال: حدثني ربيعة بن أبي عبد الرحمن عن محمد بن يحيى بن حبان عن ابن محيريز قال: دخلت ⦗٥١٢⦘ أنا وأبو صرمة المازني على أبي سعيد الخدري (فسألناه) (٢) عن العزل (فقال) (٣): أسرنا كرائم العرب، أسرنا نساء بني (عبد) (٤) المصطلق فأردنا العزل، ورغبنا في الفداء [فقال بعضنا: (أتعزلون) (٥) ورسول اللَّه ﷺ بين أظهركم؟ فأتيناه فقلنا: يا رسول اللَّه ﷺ (٦) أسرنا كرائم العرب، أسرنا نساء بني المصطلق فأردنا العزل ورغبنا في الفداء، فقال (النبي) (٧) ﷺ] (٨): " (لا) (٩) عليكم أن لا تفعلوا، فإنه ليس من نسمة كتب اللَّه عليها أن تكون إلى يوم القيامة إلا وهي كائنة" (١٠).
Ibn Muhairiz reports that I and Abu Sarmah Mazni went to Abu Sa'id Khudri and we asked him about 'azl (withdrawal). He replied: We had captured the noble women of the Arabs; we had taken the women of Banu al-Mustaliq as captives and we intended to practice 'azl with them and showed interest in taking ransom. Some of us said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) is present among you and you are practicing 'azl? So we went to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) and said: O Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon you)! We have captured the noble women of the Arabs. We have taken the women of Banu al-Mustaliq as captives and we intend to practice 'azl with them and are interested in taking ransom. The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: No! Do not do this. For no soul that Allah has decreed to exist until the Day of Resurrection will fail to come into existence.
