٣٩٤٩٧ - حدثنا جرير عن مغيرة عن إبراهيم قال: جعل رسول اللَّه ﷺ فداء ⦗٤٦٢⦘ العربي يوم بدر أربعين أوقية، وجعل فداء المولى عشرين أوقية الأوقية أربعون درهما (١).
It is narrated from Ibrahim that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, set the ransom for an Arab (master) on the Day of Badr at forty uqiyyah, and the ransom for a slave at twenty uqiyyah. One uqiyyah is equal to forty dirhams.
