Hadith 39307
٣٩٣٠٧ - حدثنا عبدة بن سليمان عن يحيى بن سعيد (عن سعيد) (١) أن النبي ﵊ (٢) أنزل عليه القرآن وهو ابن ثلاث وأربعين، (أقام) (٣) بمكة عشرا وبالمدينة عشرا، وتوفي وهو ابن ثلاث وستين (٤).
It is narrated from Hazrat Saeed that the Holy Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) received the revelation of the Qur'an when he was forty-three years old, and he resided in Makkah for ten years and in Madinah for ten years. And when the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) passed away, his age was sixty-three years.
