Hadith 39085
٣٩٠٨٥ - حدثنا عباد بن العوام عن محمد بن إسحاق عن محمد بن يحيى بن حبان قال: قال: إنما جعل ابن الزبير عهدة الرقيق (ثلاثًا) (١) لقول ⦗٢٨٧⦘ رسول اللَّه ﷺ لمنقذ ابن عمرو قال: "لا خلابة، إذا بعت بيعا فأنت بالخيار ثلاثًا" (٢).
Hazrat Muhammad bin Yahya bin Haban narrates that Ibn Zubair stated the period of return of a slave as three days because the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) had said to Hazrat Munqidh bin Amr (when you make a purchase) say: There is no deception. When you sell something, you will have an option of three days.
