Hadith 38907
٣٨٩٠٧ - حدثنا وكيع عن زكريا عن عامر عن أبي هريرة قال: قال: النبي ﷺ "الظهر يركب إذا كان مرهونا، ولبن الدر يشرب إذا كان مرهونا، وعلى الذي يركب ويشرب نفقته" (١).
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: One may ride on a pledged animal, and one may drink the milk of an animal with udders when it is pledged (even then), and whoever rides or drinks its milk will be responsible for its maintenance.
