Hadith 38867
٣٨٨٦٧ - حدثنا ابن عيينة عن ابن طاوس عن أبيه ألم تر أن حجرا المدري أخبرني أن في صدقة النبي ﷺ: يأكل منها أهلها بالمعروف غير المنكر (١).
Hazrat Ibn Tawoos narrates from his father that Hajar Madari informed me that the family of the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to eat from the charity (land) of the Prophet in a manner sufficient for their needs and in the best way. And (Imam) Abu Hanifa's opinion has been mentioned that: The heirs have the right to reclaim the endowment.
