Hadith 38548
٣٨٥٤٨ - حدثنا أبو أسامة حدثنا عوف قال: (قلت) (١) للحسن: (من) (٢) أول من أعتق أمهات الأولاد؟ قال: عمر، قلت: فهل يرقهن إن زنين؟ قال: لاها اللَّه إذن (٣).
Hazrat Auf narrates that I asked Hasan, "Who was the first to order the emancipation of those slave women who bore children?" He replied, "Hazrat Umar did." I asked, "If they commit adultery, will they remain slave women?" He replied, "Allah forbid."
