Hadith 38511
٣٨٥١١ - حدثنا (جرير) (١) عن عطاء بن السائب عن الحسن قال: جعل لرجل أواقٍ على أن يقتل النبي ﷺ فأطلعه اللَّه على ذلك، فأمر به فصلب، وكان أول من صلب في الإسلام (٢).
Hasan narrates that once a man was given a large amount of wealth on the condition that, God forbid, he would martyr the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him). Allah Almighty informed the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) of this matter, so he ordered that the man be crucified. In Islam, this was the first person to be crucified.
