٣٨٤٩٧ - حدثنا وكيع عن سفيان عن قيس بن مسلم عن طارق بن شهاب قال: أول من بدأ بالخطبة يوم العيد قبل الصلاة مروان (١).
Hazrat Tariq bin Shihab says that Marwan was the first to deliver the sermon before the prayer on the day of Eid.
