٣٧٩١٢ - حدثنا عبد الوهاب الثقفي عن أيوب عن أبي قلابة أنه قال في (دعائه) (١): اللهم إني أسألك الطيبات، وترك المنكرات، وحب المساكين، وأن تتوب علي، (فإذا) (٢) أردت بعبادك فتنة أن تتوفاني غير مفتون.
It is narrated about Hazrat Abu Qilabah that in his supplication he used to say: O Allah! I ask You for good and pure things, and I ask You to enable me to avoid evil deeds, and I ask You for the love of the poor, and that You accept my repentance, and when You intend to test Your servants, then grant me death without subjecting me to tribulation.
