٣٧٨٦٦ - حدثنا عفان قال: حدثنا حماد عن ثابت أن مطرفا كان يقول: لو كان الخير في كف أحدنا ما استطاع أن يفرغه في قلبه، (حتى يكون اللَّه هو الذي يفرغه في قلبه) (١).
It is narrated from Hazrat Thabit that Hazrat Mutarrif used to say: If goodness were in the palm of one of us, he would not have the ability to put it in his heart until Allah Almighty places it into his heart.
