٣٧٦٩٧ - حدثنا حسين بن علي عن زائدة عن ليث عن ابن سابط قال: إن اللَّه يقول: إنك يا ابن آدم ما عبدتني ورجوتني فإني غافر لك على ما كان، يسألني عبدي الهدى، وكيف أضل عبدي وهو يسألني الهدى وأنا الحكم.
It is narrated from Hazrat Ibn Sabit that he says: Allah Almighty says: O son of Adam! As much as you worshipped Me and had hope in Me, I forgive you for whatever has happened. My servant asks Me for guidance, so how can I misguide My servant while he asks Me for guidance, and I am the One who commands.
