Hadith 37380
٣٧٣٨٠ - حدثنا حسين بن علي عن بن (أبجر) (١) عن ثوير قال: مر ابن عمر في (خربة) (٢) ومعه رجل فقال: اهتف، فهتف فلم يجبه ابن عمر، ثم قال له: اهتف، ⦗٣٧٢⦘ فأجابه ابن عمر: ذهبوا وبقيت أعمالهم (٣).
It is narrated from Thuwair that he says: Abdullah ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) passed by a deserted place, and a man was with him. He said: Call out. So he called out, but Abdullah ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) did not reply to him. Then he (may Allah be pleased with him) said to him: Call out. Then he replied to him. Those people have gone, and their deeds have remained.
