Hadith 37325
٣٧٣٢٥ - حدثنا يحيى بن أبي (بكير) (١) قال: حدثنا شعبة قال: أخبرنا يزيد بن خمير الشامي (قال: أخبرني) (٢) سليمان بن مرثد قال: سمعت ابنة أبي الدرداء عن أبي الدرداء قال: لو تعلمون ما أعلم لضحكتم قليلا ولبكيتم كثيرًا، ولخرجتم تبكون لا تدرون: تنجون أو لا تنجون (٣).
Hazrat Salman bin Murtad narrates, he says that I heard the daughter of Hazrat Abu Darda (may Allah be pleased with him) narrate from Hazrat Abu Darda (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said: If you knew what I know, then surely you would laugh little and weep much. And you would go out weeping. You would not know whether you will attain salvation or not.
